Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Apprentice will support the delivery of marketing activities whilst studying towards a Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure to digital marketing, events, content creation, CRM and communications within a growing engineering business.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting exhibitions, events and marketing campaigns.
• Assisting with content creation, blogs, photography and short-form video.
• Supporting website updates and SEO activities.
• Assisting with CRM management, email campaigns and customer communications.
• Monitoring social media channels and escalating enquiries where appropriate.
• Maintaining marketing assets, reports and administrative processes.
• Researching competitor activity and market trends.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing function.

Required Skills & Experience

• exposure to marketing through employment, studies, work experience, personal projects or an apprenticeship.

• Experience supporting events or exhibitions.
• Exposure to a B2B, engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Level 3 qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.

Additional Information

• Coventry.
• Hours & Hybrid Policy: The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There is however an internal policy for hybrid working requiring three days in the office, including a mandatory in-office day on Wednesdays, and two days working from home.
