Role & Responsibilities
The Office Manager, reporting to the People & Culture Director, will support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day coordination, ensuring smooth organisation, communication, and preparation across leadership activities. The role will be responsible for managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring leaders are fully prepared and supported. A key part of the role includes coordinating leadership meetings and business reviews, managing agendas, presentations, and materials, and ensuring all logistics, rooms, and technology are in place. The Office Manager will also attend key meetings where required, capturing actions and ensuring timely follow-up, while coordinating monthly business updates to a high standard. In addition, the role will oversee the smooth running of the office environment, act as the first point of contact for visitors, and manage end-to-end global travel arrangements.

HR & Recruitment Administration Responsibilities
In addition to office management and executive support duties, you will provide day to day HR and recruitment administration support across the business. You will help ensure HR processes are organised, compliant, and professionally managed within a fast paced engineering environment. Key responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews and supporting the onboarding of new starters.
You will help to maintain accurate employee records, support HR administration and documentation, and assist with induction processes for new employees via the HRIS. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail when handling sensitive employee and business information
