Multimedia Designer

Clockwork is a global creative agency working with brands like Microsoft Xbox and publishers such as Konami, delivering socially led campaigns that reach gaming communities around the world.

We’re looking for a Designer who gets it - a gamer first. Someone who lives in the ecosystem, understands player mindset, internet culture, fandoms, and what makes gaming communities tick.

We’re looking for a talented Multimedia Designer with a strong foundation in design, and motion design, who is excited to work on audience driven creative within the gaming and interactive entertainment space.

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll produce high quality multimedia content, with a strong emphasis on motion graphics, animation, and digital storytelling. You’ll work across campaign, social, and digital platforms, creating visually striking assets designed to engage highly passionate, global fans and player audiences.

Collaborating closely with creative, production, and project teams, you’ll help bring bold ideas to life balancing visual polish, technical execution, and brand consistency in a fast paced, launch oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and animated content for digital, social, and campaign platforms.
• Design and edit video content, including animation, compositing, transitions, and basic sound integration.
• Develop static and animated campaign assets across multiple formats, ratios, and resolutions.
• Produce content suited to highly engaged entertainment audiences, with a strong sense of pacing, energy, and visual impact.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand, franchise, and publishing guidelines while maintaining creative excellence.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, producers, and project managers to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced agency environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in motion graphics or multimedia design (agency or entertainment experience preferred).
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, video, and digital campaign work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Detail oriented with a strong eye for polish, consistency, and craft.
• Comfortable working collaboratively while also managing tasks independently.
• An interest in games, interactive media, or digital entertainment culture is highly advantageous.
