Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for PR and communications campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand positioning, and reputation goals.
• Lead the development and execution of earned media, influencer, thought leadership, and reputation management strategies, including issues and crisis communication where required.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality PR work that meets or exceeds client expectations, on time and within budget.
• Develop and execute key account plans, ensuring long-term client partnerships, satisfaction, and profitability.
• Oversee team resourcing, capability building, and restructuring efforts to optimise PR delivery and performance.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, media, influencers, partner agencies, and suppliers.
• Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients on communications strategy, media engagement, and brand reputation.
• Serve as an ambassador for our positive work culture, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop best-practice training guidelines to enhance the strategic, media, and client management skills of the PR team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working at an agency in a senior PR or communications client service role.
• Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on talent development and team growth.
• Ability to analyse market trends, cultural insights, and competitor landscapes to inform PR strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing the financial performance of PR accounts and/or business units.
