Project Manager  

Clockwork is a global creative agency working with brands like Microsoft Xbox and publishers such as Konami, delivering socially led campaigns that reach gaming communities around the world. 

We’re looking for a Project Manager who gets it - a gamer first. Someone who lives in the ecosystem, understands player mindset, internet culture, fandoms, and what makes gaming communities tick. 

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, launch‑driven environments, understands the realities of gaming and entertainment production cycles, and is confident managing digital‑first, creative‑heavy projects with tight timelines and high visibility. You’ll be comfortable coordinating multidisciplinary teams, balancing multiple workstreams, and ensuring every asset meets production, brand, and platform standards on time and on budget. 

Key Responsibilities 

Project Management & Delivery 

• Own end to end delivery of creative and digital projects. 
• Build, maintain, and constantly refine detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and workflows. 
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a consistently high production standard. 
• Manage multiple concurrent deliverables aligned to campaign requirements. 
• Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers to protect deadlines. 

Creative & Production Collaboration 

• Work closely with designers, animators, QA, and copywriters. 
• Coordinate asset creation across multiple regions globally. 
• Ensure creative output aligns with briefs, brand guidelines, and production requirements. 
• Maintain a strong focus on craft, and appropriate for highly engaged fan and player audiences. 

Client & Stakeholder Communication 

• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and client. 
• Lead clear, structured communication. 
• Manage feedback cycles, approvals, revisions, and version control efficiently. 
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for creative and production teams. 
• Support localisation, market variations, and platform specific requirements where needed. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager within a creative, advertising, entertainment, or digital agency. 
• Strong understanding of digital and creative production workflows. 
• Experience managing animation, video, or digital content is highly advantageous. 
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational ability. 
• Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise, adapt, and stay calm under pressure. 
• A genuine interest in games, interactive entertainment, or digital culture is strongly preferred.
