Clockwork is hiring a Project/Asset Manager to join the Xbox Global Marketing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Global Partner Marketing Managers (focused on EMEA) to help bring major 3rd party game titles to life across the Xbox and Windows platforms. From initial planning to full lifecycle marketing, you’ll be right in the middle of the action.
You’ll be embedded in the Xbox marketing team and collaborate daily with a range of teams: Xbox Central Marketing (Xbox.com, Social, CRM, Events, PR), Brand & Devices, Platform & Subscriptions, Xbox Store, International Marketing, and local market leads. You’ll also work closely with external partners like game publishers to coordinate campaigns that support individual game launches, Xbox initiatives like Game Pass, and broader ecosystem promotions.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident managing relationships with publishers, knows how to keep things organized across a lot of moving parts, and communicates clearly and proactively. You should be comfortable navigating a complex environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities Include:
• Manage the flow of game assets between publishers, Marcom, and internal teams for use across global marketing campaigns, PR, retail, and digital channels.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly updates with regional teams, stakeholders, and publishing partners.
• Support campaign execution handling approvals, asset creation, and partner coordination.
• Oversee project documentation, including reports, asset tracking, SOWs, POs, and routing approvals.
• Help drive global events by managing centralized communication, asset management, regular communications, and management of game builds throughout the campaign.
• Confidently lead lifecycle marketing efforts with publisher partners when needed.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or Project Management
• Passion and knowledge of the Interactive Entertainment business
• A self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated problem identification / resolution skills
• Ability to work successfully in ambiguous environments
• Expertise in SharePoint management, asset management software including Dropbox/Mediashuttle
