Role Summary:
You have a background in and passion for live music, ideally with a ticketing focus (for example, for a ticket agent or promoter). Experience in customer and client facing roles is also desirable. The main focus of the role will be to support the Client Manager in managing our relationship with Broadwick Live, becoming the secondary point of contact and supporting their use of our platform, alongside a small number of additional clients. This will include regular work on-site at Broadwick Live’s venues (including Drumsheds, Magazine and Exhibition), as well as occasional work on-site with our other clients. Being a self-starter, having lots of initiative and having great attention to detail is a must.

The salary range for this role is £26,228-£29,000 per annum, dependent on experience
The role is based in London. We operate under a hybrid working scheme, with teams splitting their time between home, our Soho office and the venues. We value flexibility and are trusted to work from wherever we feel most productive.
