Who are you:
You have a background in ticketing, for example for a ticket agent or for a promoter, and a passion for live music. The main focus of the role will be to manage the relationship with a key client of ours in our Venues portfolio, becoming the main point of contact, managing their box office, and supporting their use of our platform. You will also be required to work on-site regularly at this client’s events, working closely with our event operations team. Being a self-starter, having lots of initiative and having great attention to detail is a must.

The salary range for this role is £30,000-£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
The role is based in London
We operate under a hybrid working scheme, with teams splitting their time between home and our office in Soho. This role will also involve spending time at our client’s offices and at their venue, including evenings and weekends.
