The Role

We're looking to build and maintain a strong pool of Freelance Event Staff who can represent us at client events throughout the year. You'll play a key role in supporting ticketing operations and customer service, helping us deliver a smooth and professional front-of-house experience.

You’ll receive an induction and training so you’re fully ready to represent us on-site with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site ticketing and on-site operations
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees
• Help set up and dismantle box office or check-in areas
• Use ticketing systems, scanners, and software (full training provided)
• Liaise with the relevant on-site team members and escalate issues to on-site leads when needed
• Maintain accurate records and handle event wristbands or passes securely
• Represent our brand professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Experience in customer service, ticketing, or events (preferred but not essential)
• Tech-savvy – able to pick up new systems quickly
• A proactive team player who can also work independently
• Willing to travel and occasionally stay on-site at multi-day events (accommodation provided where needed)
