We’re on the hunt for a Operations and Implementation Assistant to support our dynamic team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.

Assist the team in guiding clients through the onboarding process.

Utilise your knowledge of MS Office Suite and other operational tools to manage tasks effectively.

Provide top-notch customer support, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure client feedback is captured and addressed, contributing to continuous improvement.

Stay proactive in identifying potential challenges and delivering creative solutions.

What We’re Looking for Someone Who is

Confident with software tools, systems, and technology

Previous experience with Excel and Data Analytics

Experience with tools and processes related to operations.

Previous exposure to customer-facing roles or support tasks is a plus.

Ambitious, hard-working, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt and function under pressure.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
