We’re looking for an Operations and Implementation Specialist to support our team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding and implementation.
• Provide top-notch, front-facing customer support, resolving queries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage client relations, ensuring a positive experience and building lasting partnerships.
• Handle client complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and address challenges with creative solutions.

What We’re Looking for:

• Experience with Excel and Data Analytics is a plus.
• Previous exposure to customer-facing or support roles.
• Client-friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Ambitious, hard-working, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt under pressure.
• Non-negotiable: Must be located within 30 kilometres of Hyde Park and willing to work UK hours.
