We are on the lookout for a talented People Lifecycle Executive to join our ambitious team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated People Lifecycle Executive to join our team and play a vital role in managing the entire employee lifecycle. This position will involve hands-on participation in recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and other people-related tasks and projects. If you have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment activities, including drafting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Analyse people-related data, produce reports on key drivers, and proactively highlight trends and risks to shape actionable strategies.
• Support the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks and company induction.
• Regularly review and suggest improvements to HR processes for optimal efficiency.
• Assist with implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Own or support various HR projects, contributing to a seamless employee lifecycle and engagement experience.
• Manage administration across the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to onboarding, probation, benefits, term changes, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate and complete HR files in line with company policy.
• Address queries from managers and team members, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Support the probation process and guide managers and employees as needed.
• Facilitate the performance review and appraisal process.
• Conduct regular surveys and check-ins as required.
• Regularly post and engage with posts on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines with resilience
• A flexible, proactive “can-do” approach
• Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
• Professional discretion with an aptitude for handling sensitive information
• Experience in a global, cross-cultural organisation
• Knowledge of local employment law
• Prior experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
