This is more than just a job. It’s a chaotic fast paced gloriously weird playground where no two days are the same and that’s exactly how you like it. One day you’re scripting out a scroll stopping campaign for Reels. The next? You’re literally behind the camera capturing the perfect shot as someone jumps through a ring of fire (okay maybe not fire but we’d never stop you from trying). Then boom you’re editing throwing on motion graphics tightening the hook and tossing in some VFX sparkle dust like a digital wizard.

• Dream It Build It Post It: Ideate pitch and create jaw dropping social first video concepts that make people stop scrolling and start watching
• Shoot & Direct: Know your way around a Sony FX30 or similar? Good. You're the one calling the shots behind the lens
• Edit Like a Maniac: Cut with purpose pace with power and always ALWAYS hook in the first 3 seconds
• Add the Sauce: VFX motion graphics transitions that make the internet gasp audibly
• Lights Camera Sound: From setup to teardown you know how to make things look and sound great
• Collaborate Without Crying: Work across teams to bring big ideas to life without throwing a ring light
• Use Data Without Dying Inside: Track what performs pivot where needed and keep your content ahead of the curve
