Who you are

You are an experienced Motion Graphics Designer with at least 3 years of experience ready to join our Creative team. You bring the flair, ideas, and skills to deliver game-changing experiences for some of the best brands in the world. You have strong visual and conceptual skills, coupled with technical ability and a desire to grow and learn more about workflows, pushing design thinking and working with different visual styles. You are up to date with current design trends and are always on the lookout for new techniques, styles, and cool, shiny tricks.

What you’ll do

• Create highly engaging animations for social media platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new animation perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain an organized file structure and data management system that allows all team members to easily access project files.
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in quick turnaround projects.
• Adhere to the file management system, After Effects composition organization, Photoshop & Illustrator layering system, and the workflow we follow at Tactical.
• Take full ownership of a project from start to finish, with a minimal need for oversight.
• Identify potential project issues before they arise and present solutions to the team.
• Actively seek feedback on your work from peers and seniors, critically evaluating it and incorporating it into your designs.
• Define and implement workflow improvements within the team.
• Integrate emerging AI-driven tools and workflows into the motion design process to enhance efficiency, expand creative possibilities, and support innovation across projects.

What you’ll bring

• At least 3 years of experience in After Effects, used on a day-to-day basis.
• Experience in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Character animation skills are a huge plus (with references in your portfolio).
• Experience with media production for mobile, online, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Strong visual and conceptual skills, as demonstrated in your portfolio.
• A strong desire to grow and learn more about workflows and pushing design thinking.
• Experience in any 3D program (Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, etc.) is a big bonus.
• Strong communication skills.
