You’re fluent in the language of social and know how to shape content that performs without losing craft. You're a leader who sets the standard for the team and is constantly looking for ways to innovate.

What you’ll do

• Lead and oversee high-impact video content designed for social and digital platforms; organic short form social, long form social & ads.
• Lead the storytelling approach across projects, refining narrative structure and enhancing emotional beats.
• Deliver a clean, balanced sound mix and confidently use audio to support tone and story.
• Deliver a consistent, polished color grade for social and digital content, and mentor others on shot matching.
• Confidently integrate complex motion graphics and VFX into edits, and know when to collaborate with motion designers.
• Stay on top of platform trends, audience behavior, and algorithm shifts, testing and learning to bring new techniques into the work naturally.
• Work efficiently and lead by example, setting the standard for craft and storytelling across the team.
• Build smarter post-production workflows and build templates that save time for the whole team.
• Know how and when to use AI tools effectively to save time and push creative boundaries without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and social teams, contributing meaningful technical insights and refining feedback for others.
• Collaborate with creatives and strategists to push ideas further and contribute meaningful insights.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of professional editing experience.
• Expert-level fluency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• A razor-sharp sense of storytelling and rhythm, with both visuals and audio.
• Solid editing experience for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snap, and YouTube.
• The ability to anticipate needs and solve problems without being asked, even under pressure.
• Team energy; you're collaborative, positive, have great communication skills and love sharing your knowledge with others.
• English is a must; speaking, reading and writing Arabic is a nice to have.
• Bonus points for 2D/3D animation, directing or filming skills.
• A hot as f*** showreel.
