Someone formidable is about to go on maternity leave. We need someone equally rare.

This is a fixed-term role covering maternity leave for one of our most prestigious global clients. It starts May 2026. It’s based in Brighton (hybrid, but studio time is essential). And it’s not for chancers.

Your year long expedition.

You’ll be the fulcrum on a global account where generative AI meets brand ambition at scale. Where complex briefs become globally-adopted campaigns. Where the creative bar is set somewhere between “exceptional” and “are you kidding me?”

You’ll work with industry heavyweights. Sharp strategists. Creatives at the top of their game who still want to push further. And clients who seek excellence and expect the (nearly) impossible, politely, on a Tuesday.

• Scope anything. From brand platforms to digital experiences to campaigns that span continents and mediums. You know what’s involved because you’ve built it before.
• Navigate complexity without flinching. Knotty strategy. Intricate creative workflows. Shifting client priorities. Budget puzzles. You see the path through.
• Resource like a chess master. You know exactly who needs to be where, when, and why. Every piece matters, and you never waste a move.
• Speak client and speak creative. You’re fluent in both. You can translate brand positioning into creative briefs and creative vision into commercial reality.
• Build budgets that work. Multi-faceted, watertight, realistic. And draft contracts that protect everyone involved.
• Turn on a sixpence. Priorities shift. Deadlines move. Scope creeps. You adjust with grace, speed, and zero drama.

You're not:

• Hands-off. You’re in the creative trenches. You know what’s happening because you’re there.
• One-dimensional. You’ve managed work across every digital medium. Video, AI, interactive, immersive – you’ve scoped it, delivered it, loved it.
• Surface-level. You know how things work and why they work that way. You’re curious. You ask questions. You think.
• A taskmaster. We’re nice people who do great work together. Ego has no place here.
• Trying your luck. If you’re not genuinely senior – if you haven’t run global accounts, managed complex campaigns, made split-second calls that mattered – please don’t apply. We’ll know. It’s a waste of your time, and ours.
